New Jersey Permit Extension Act

On September 6, 2008 Governor Jon S. Corzine signed the Permit Extension Act of 2008 (P.L. 2008, Chapter 78). Click on the link for a copy of the PermitExtensionAct legislation. The Permit Extension Act of 2008 (PL 2008, c. 78) extended applicable permits up to December 31, 2010.

The Act was modified on January 18, 2010 and now extends some permits at least through December 31, 2012 and some until June 30, 2013 depending on the expiration date when the originl Permit Extension Act took effect.  Click on the link for a copy of the legislation that modifies the Permit Extension Act of 2008.  Permit Extension Act Extended.

The most recent legislation does not include all permits.  Additonal information relating to which permits were not extyended can be found within the Office of Permit Coordination and Environemntal Review‘s website.
